General
Jerusalemballoons website (The " Site") is an Internet Website, which runs a virtual shop, and offers its customers information and sells various products (balloon bouquets, balloon design, gifts and sweets etc.) (The " services"). The site is owned by Jerusalem Balloons Company.
The purchaser of services and / or one who intends to Purchase services and / or receive information via the website and / or anyone surfing on the site and participating in activities offered through the website declares and commits that they have read the terms and agree to its terms and Conditions.
Terms of use - Purchase and information services
Various operations can be performed on the website solely for the purpose of purchasing, receipt of services and / or information. The site may not be used for other purposes.
Any person above the age of 18 who owns a valid credit card by one of Israel's credit companies (or has permission from the owner of the credit card) or Pay Pal account may place an order through the website.
The purchaser's order of services will be accepted, provided that the following conditions were met:
1. The Purchaser's Credit Company approved the transaction.
2. The requested products are in stock.
3. The purchaser provided a valid phone number, and address for delivery which is included in the company's distribution map.
4. The purchaser owns a personal e-mail address, unless the order is placed by telephone.
Services and Pricing Policy
Orders on the website will be processed only if they are over 125 Israeli Shekels.
The different services, prices (including shipping prices) and payment terms on this site may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
If an order to purchase balloon bouquets and balloon arrangements displayed on the site was placed, and one or more of the products was found to be missing from stock, the company will deliver a product as similar as possible in color/type, to the original product ordered.
In the event that any other product displayed on the Site was found to be out of stock, the purchaser will receive notification via email or by phone. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative product of similar character and price. If the buyer agrees , details of the order will be updated. If not, order will be deleted, and the credit card will not be charged.
Delivery procedure
The order will be sent on date of your choice from available dates on the calendar. Orders for same day can be placed until 7:30 am.
For same day delivery, please contact us to check if this will be possible. Only orders which were confirmed by phone or email will be delivered the same day.
We do not undertake to comply in time or date if it is not available on the site's calendar.

(This includes seminaries and Yeshiva dorms and apartments)

Jerusalem, Old City (Jewish Quarter only): 65 NIS

For offices and stores in the town centre, please call us.
Rates for delivery outside Jerusalem depend on location and availability. Please call us to check availability.
We do not undertake specific timing of delivery, unless authorized by the company.
Exceptions:
For Purim Items we offer delivery to Beit Shemesh, Beitar, Efrat and Telzstone. The delivery fee is 65 shekels and you can order the items online.
We do not deliver to certain areas in Jerusalem, which are outside the Jewish community.
For deliveries to East Jerusalem please call to check availability.
Since we are closed on the Sabbath and Holidays, orders made for these dates will be delivered the day before. You will receive notification by email.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, we will do our best to locate the actual recipient, within the limits of reason. No refund will be given for non-delivery due to wrong information provided. If you would like to provide the balloons to a different address, delivery will be an additional cost of 35 shekels minimum, depending on the situation and location – to be assessed by the company.
Deliveries to dorms: If the recipient does not answer his phone, the driver may leave the package at /outside the address provided. The company does not take liability for a misplaced package and will not offer a refund if this was the case.
Deliveries to institutions: the product may be left with a security guard / secretary if access to the recipient is not allowed / possible. This includes schools, seminaries, universities, Yeshivas, orphanages, etc.
General Terms and Conditions
Items purchased from Jerusalem balloons may not be sold to third parties, with the exception of a party or event planner who has been hired by the host to design the entire event, and through prior consent by Jerusalem Balloons.
Product Warranty
Latex balloons used at Jerusalem Balloons are 100% biodegradable.
Latex balloons used at Jerusalem Balloons are made from Latex, the sap of rubber trees. Latex harvesting does not harm the tree.
Float time of latex balloons cannot be guaranteed as they are a natural product.
Factors such as light, temperature and altitude affect the float times of balloons. We recommend that inflated balloons not be taken out of the city, since the pressure difference will affect their appearance.
Oxidation, the clouding over the surface of latex balloons, is a normal process.
In the event that a balloon may burst or deflate, JB cannot replace or refund, providing the item arrived intact to the delivery address, as confirmed by the delivery driver.
We will be happy to repair the damaged product in our studio by appointment. The cost of repair will be assessed by Jerusalem balloons.
Foil balloons may not be released outdoors. They conduct electricity and can interfere with overhead lines and aircraft.
Latex is a natural product to which some individuals are allergic.
Helium gas is not toxic but it is dangerous to inhale.
Inflated balloons are not toys and should not be given to children under 5 when unsupervised.
Dispose of balloons carefully. Broken balloons and long strings are a choking hazard for children and babies.
Jerusalem balloons and its entire staff are legally exempt from any damage caused through misuse of balloons as toys, or harm from a bursting balloon. All balloons purchased from us are done so with the understanding of this exemption of responsibility.

All our Balloon Arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the image.
Buyer details and Site Security
When booking through the website, the purchaser will be required to provide personal details, order details, credit card details etc. (hereinafter - the details). The owners and / or operators and / or managers and / or their representatives are not responsible for mistakes made by the purchaser when typing details. Also, the above will not be directly or indirectly responsible for a situation in which the purchase details are not received by the system and / or any technical and / or any other problem prevent proper operation of the site.
Entering false details is a criminal offense. Legal action will be taken against those who provide false information, including claims for damage that could be caused to the Site and / or the site owner and / or any of its operators and / or any of its directors and / or anyone acting on their behalf . In the case that a typing error is found in the order information (including the buyer's personal information), the Company and / or its representative reserves the right to cancel the order.

Payment for the services
All prices displayed on the site include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment will be charged to the credit card whose details were entered at the time of the order.
The total that the buyer will be charged can be seen in the shopping cart page or in " total payment” in the payment page. This includes all items listed and includes shipping.
Cancellation by the buyer
Any individual who submitted an order to purchase a balloon arrangement, and would like to cancel the order shall notify the Company minimum 24 hours before the distribution of the products. In such an event the customer will receive a return of 90% of the value of the purchase via credit card.
Disclaimer
The company’s aim is that all products offered on the site will be of high quality and fit for use. Emphasis is placed on the high quality of the balloons and other products it offers.
The sole responsibility for all products which are not balloons, and any information or representations made on the site regarding the nature of the products, including names of the manufacturers, the quality of products, product features, product images, etc., apply to manufacturers and / or importers and / or authorized distributors of the products, according to the rules and regulations for consumer protection and terms of warranties and service attached to each product / service, if attached.
